ARC Electrical was established in 2012 in Streetsville, Mississauga. We are an ECRA/ESA licensed contractor working on commercial, institutional and industrial buildings from the GTA to Windsor.

01 / Who we are

Started in a Mississauga shop. Still run the same way.

Brian Leiper founded ARC in 2012 on a plain idea: clients should get value for the service they pay for. Larger contractors were overcharging and smaller ones could not staff the work, so ARC set out to do both parts properly.

The first years were spent working with builders across the GTA. From there ARC grew a commercial division capable of large-scale commercial maintenance, retrofitting and complete electrical installations, from conception through to final inspection.

The size of the job does not change how we approach it. A small service call and a ground-up build get the same conviction, the same qualified electricians and the same commitment to finish on time and within budget. Every installation meets or exceeds the electrical safety requirements, and when a client needs us outside working hours, we are available 24/7.

The standards behind every job.

General contractors, property managers and owners want to know who is walking onto their site. This is what ARC brings, on paper and in practice.

Licence: Licensed electrical contractor with the ECRA/ESA, the Electrical Contractor Registration Agency of the Electrical Safety Authority.The licence Ontario requires of any business that contracts electrical work.
Inspections: ESA permits and inspections on every installation. Work is built to meet or exceed the electrical safety requirements and documented for the owner.
Insurance: WSIB coverage for our crews.Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Ontario.
Accreditation: Contractor Check accredited member.Contractor Check is a third-party pre-qualification of a contractor's health and safety, insurance and compliance documentation.
Pricing: Fair pricing regardless of the size of the client or the job. Clear scope, clear quote, and straight answers when the scope changes.
Schedule: We commit to finishing on time and within budget, and we staff the job with trained, qualified electricians so that commitment holds.

04 / Where we work

Mississauga head office. Crews along the 401.

Most of our work sits between Toronto and Windsor: the GTA, Halton, Waterloo Region and Guelph, London and Sarnia-Lambton, and Windsor-Essex. Fire stations, courthouses, hotels and head offices along that line are on the project list.
